Welcome to q9992

Who We Are and What Drives Us

q9992 is Bangladesh's trusted online casino and sports betting platform, purpose-built for players across Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna, and beyond. We set out with a single mission: to bring a world-class, fair, and secure gaming experience directly to Bangladeshi players — without compromise, without unnecessary complexity, and without hidden barriers.

Every product decision, every bonus structure, and every customer service interaction at q9992 is measured against one question: does it genuinely serve the player? That guiding principle has helped us grow from a focused launch into a platform that hundreds of thousands of Bangladeshi players call home.

Our Journey: From Launch to Leading Platform

The story of q9992 begins with a simple observation: Bangladeshi players deserved a platform that truly understood the local market — one that spoke to cricket fans during BPL and IPL season, offered seamless bKash and Nagad deposits, and delivered the kind of VIP treatment usually reserved for international high-rollers.

We assembled a team with deep roots in digital entertainment, payments technology, and player experience design. Together, we built q9992 from the ground up — selecting only the finest game studios, integrating payment rails Bangladeshi players already trust, and engineering our platform so that depositing or withdrawing is measured in minutes, not days.

Built for the Bangladeshi Player

q9992 is designed specifically for players in Bangladesh — whether you are in Dhaka's busy Motijheel corridor, a quiet evening in Sylhet, or catching a T20 match from Cox's Bazar. We understand that Bangladeshi players want fast deposits via bKash or Nagad, instant mobile access, real-time cricket odds during BPL and IPL, and a support team who responds promptly in a timezone that matches theirs.

Our platform is accessible 21+ only. We take the responsibility of hosting real-money gaming seriously, which is why every player on q9992 benefits from robust account-protection tools, transparent bonus terms, and a dedicated responsible gaming programme. We believe that the best platform is one where players always feel safe and in control.
